Abstract:	The study’s title is: „Intercourse with the woman at the part that is prohibited by šarīʿa” and deals with anal intercourse with the woman. The study gives reasons both for the prohibition and its permission and realises that anal intercourse is generally prohibited in Islam. The study cites 16 aḥādīṯ and 7 evidences. It introduces both a study of fiqh and a medical study that includes facets such as different diseases that can emerge and can be transmitted.
