| Abstract: | The study deals with a medical check up prior to marriage from the
viewpoint both of medicine and fiqh. It explains different kinds of
hereditary diseases and introduces the advantages and disadvantages
of a medical check up before marriage. Defects, genetic, contagious and
infectious diseases should be checked. The study names reasons why a
medical check up before marriage should not be obligatory. |
